Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Perfect Timepiece,  customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Return / Replacement / Refund

We only offer returns, replacements, or refunds if the product received is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing item(s)
  • Defective product received

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot process any return, replacement, or refund requests after 7 days from the delivery date.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim any return, replacement, or refund, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package
  • Opening process
  • Product condition inside the parcel

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


Damages Covered Under Our Policy

Our policy covers only major damages such as:

  • Severe product damage
  • Broken or non-working watch
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in the package
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product received in unusable condition

Not Covered Under Policy

The following are not eligible for return/replacement/refund:

  • Minor scratches on packaging
  • Small dents or outer box damage
  • Damage caused after usage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper handling by customer
  • Orders from Mystery Box/Special Sale items
  • Damage caused by water

Return / Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Our courier partner will arrange pickup from your doorstep
  • Return shipping charges will be covered by us
  • Replacement/refund processing time: 7–14 business days

Refund Process

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds will be processed via:

  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer

Customers may be asked to share their UPI ID or bank details for refund processing.


Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Customers may request a return/replacement after delivery if eligible under our policy.


Failed Delivery / Returned Orders

A full refund will be provided if:

  • The order is undelivered due to courier issues
  • The package is returned back to us because of courier-related problems

However, shipping charges may be deducted if:

  • Customer refuses to accept the order
  • Wrong address, pincode, or contact number was provided by the customer

Orders Cancelled by Perfect Timepiece

We reserve the right to cancel orders and provide a full refund in situations such as:

  • Product out of stock
  • Product found damaged before dispatch
  • Delivery unavailable in customer location
  • Operational or courier restrictions

Incorrectly Marked Delivered Orders

Sometimes courier companies may mistakenly mark an order as “Delivered” even though the customer has not received it.

In such situations, customers must contact us immediately — preferably on the same day the shipment is marked delivered — so we can raise a dispute with the courier partner.

Please note:

  • Delivery disputes can only be raised within 7 days of delivery status update.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account statement
  2. Check your email/SMS for refund confirmation
  3. Contact your bank or payment provider
  4. If the issue still persists, contact our support team

Perfect Timepiece reserves the right to verify all claims before approving refunds, returns, or replacements. Refunds will be processed promptly for genuine and verified cases only.
